What is a garden?

Where can you find flowers, fruits, vegetables, bees, butterflies and earthworms? You can find them all in a garden, of course!

Gardens are a collection of plants that we grow in spaces like a window box, a yard, or any other open space with soil. You can even grow a garden in a bucket, toy truck, or an old shoe. Gardens come in many shapes and sizes, but no matter how big or small, gardens provide a fun way to learn how parts of nature work together!
