What plants need.

In order to have a garden, you must have plants. All plants have basic needs that must be met in order for them to survive. They need air, sunlight, water and soil to grow. Different plants have different needs, depending on where they originally come from. For instance, a cactus growing in the desert needs much less water to survive than an orchid growing in the tropical rainforest!
